Fine jewelry recycles almost everything
It is a rare quality of our craft: it produces very little waste. Gold is remelted. Silver is remelted. Stones are unset, checked and set again.
A precious piece is made of materials that are kept and transformed. This service is built on that principle: your first piece becomes the base of the next one, its value as well as its materials.
The service
Some of our clients grow attached to their vermeil piece and wish, over time, to wear it in 18K gold, a metal made to be worn every day and to last through the years. This service exists for them.
Your sterling silver, vermeil or 9K gold piece evolves into the same design in 18K gold. The price paid for your original piece is deducted from the price of the 18K gold version: you only pay the difference.
Your stones, reused whenever possible
When your piece arrives, our jewelers check every stone. Whenever their condition allows it, they are unset and then set on your new piece in 18K gold.
The metal of your original piece returns to the precious metals cycle: remelted, it is used for new creations. Almost nothing leaves the workshop other than as a piece of jewelry.

Our jewelers check them on arrival. Whenever their condition allows it, they are unset and then set on your new piece in 18K gold.
What happens to the metal of my piece?
It returns to the precious metals cycle: remelted, it is used for new creations. This is what allows fine jewelry to produce very little waste.
What is the lead time?
Allow 3 to 6 weeks between the arrival of your original piece and the delivery of your 18K gold piece, made to order by our workshop.
Can I choose a different 18K gold piece?
Yes, it is possible. Tell us which design you would like in the form: we will send you a personalized quote by email.
I would like to change my ring size, is it possible?
Yes, absolutely. Tell us the size you need in the comment field of the form: your 18K gold ring is crafted directly in that size.

My piece has been worn, is that a problem?
