Step 2: 3D visualisation (optional)
Discover your earrings before crafting
Our designer models your earrings in 3D. You see the result from every angle and can adjust every detail: shape, stone size, proportions.
€85 deducted from the order
The mock-up costs €85, deducted from the final price if you confirm the project. Allow approximately one week. For a simple customisation of an existing design, this step is not necessary.
Step 3: workshop crafting
Each pair is handcrafted
The metal is cast, the stones are selected and set one by one, then each earring is polished and verified. We work with 9, 14 or 18 carat gold, platinum, and all our stones are AAA grade (G/H VVS for diamonds).
3 to 5 weeks of production
Approximately 5 weeks for a creation from A to Z, 3 weeks if you adapt a design from the catalogue.
Step 4: delivery in their case
Ready to be worn (or gifted)
Your earrings arrive in their velvet case, with zipped storage box, care cloth and Mayuri certificate of authenticity.

Frequently asked questions
How long to receive my earrings?
Approximately 3 weeks if you personalise one of our designs, and 5 weeks for a pair entirely designed for you. 3D modelling adds about one week.
What is the minimum budget?
Bespoke earring creations start from €600. The price varies according to metal weight, stones and design complexity. Specify your budget in the form, we will adapt our suggestions.
Are returns possible?
As your earrings are created especially for you, they cannot be returned. We show you the 3D rendering before production so that you can approve the design with complete confidence.
Do you create pairs or single pieces?
We create perfectly matched pairs. If you wish for an asymmetrical look (two different but coordinated earrings), this is entirely possible: specify it in the form.
Is it possible to have earrings without piercing (clip-on)?
Yes, we can adapt certain models with a clip system for non-pierced ears. Specify it in the form so that we can study the feasibility according to the chosen design.
Can I pay in instalments?
Of course, you can pay in 3 or 4 instalments at no extra cost with Alma.
