Delivery and Returns
Delivery within mainland France
Your orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. However, several scenarios are possible:
For an item in stock:
Orders will be shipped the same day if your order is registered before 4:00 AM. Otherwise, shipping will take place the next business day.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Colissimo with signature required : Delivery within 48 hours.
Price: FREE with no minimum purchase amount.
- Chronopost : Delivery within 24 hours from the date of your order shipment email
Price: €10.00 for all orders.
For a pre-ordered item (Silver/Vermeil jewelry):
You will receive an email on the day your order is shipped with a link allowing you to track the progress of your package.
Two delivery options are also available:
- Colissimo with signature required : Delivery within 48 hours.

- Chronopost Delivery within 24 hours from the date of your order shipment email
Price: €10.00 for all orders.
For a gold item, excluding products already in stock :
These products are made to order.
Please note that it takes approximately 4 weeks to receive your jewelry from the date of your order confirmation email.

Delivery outside mainland France
We also offer delivery to all countries of the European Union with the Colissimo service requiring a signature upon delivery .
Here are the delivery conditions:
- If your basket totals more than €200: Shipping is free
- If your basket is less than €200, a delivery fee of €5 will be added.
All our shipments are insured against theft and loss of the package.
Returns from mainland France
Returns of your Mayuri jewelry are free (excluding warranty items).
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to return the jewelry item(s).
Please note that each return is carefully reviewed. Refunds are subject to verification that the product has not been worn or used and that it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
It is important to inform Mayuri customer service by email at info@mayuri.fr of your decision before returning the products (Remember to include in the subject line of your email Return of order No. xxxx).
If your return is due to a sizing issue, we can exchange the item if the size is still available. Otherwise, we will issue a refund or store credit, according to your preference.

Please note, any return sent to our head office address in Paris instead of the address indicated above will be subject to a charge of €11.50.
Please note that no refunds or exchanges are available for:
Your return request is only effective from the moment Mayuri acknowledges receipt of your return request in writing.
Refund: We will refund the price corresponding to the value of the products no later than 14 days following the date on which the return was accepted by MAYURI.
Returns outside mainland France
The same return conditions as in mainland France apply, with the exception of shipping costs, which remain your responsibility.
