The Mayuri warranty takes effect from the date of delivery of the product.
To qualify for this guarantee, your jewelry must have a hidden manufacturing defect, a flaw in workmanship, a broken clasp or chain, or one or more broken gemstones. All our jewelry is handcrafted with the utmost attention to quality. Upon receipt of your jewelry, we will carefully examine it to determine whether to repair it or send you a new replacement. Mayuri will keep you informed of the progress.
However, we encourage you to contact us because every problem has a solution ;) and Mayuri takes care of its customers.

To use this guarantee, contact Mayuri customer service by email at the following address: info@mayuri.fr, indicating in the subject of your email: Mayuri Guarantee - Your order number.
Once the Mayuri team validates the guarantee by return email, all you have to do is send your jewelry back to us, preferably in its original box so that the jewelry arrives in the same condition.
Mayuri will send you all the information required for the return of the package.
Return shipping costs under warranty are your responsibility.
Please note that this commercial warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Abnormal or non-compliant uses as well as defects in use;
- Damage due to mishandling, misuse or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, or use for professional or commercial purposes;
- In the event of abnormal maintenance operations or in the event of a lack of maintenance and hygiene;
- In case of natural wear and tear;
- Interventions carried out on the jewelry by any person not authorized by Customer Service, as well as any damage resulting from such intervention.
If the Mayuri warranty does not cover the repair of your jewelry, Mayuri can still provide you with a quote for its restoration. Please contact Mayuri customer service to explain the condition of the product and the necessary repairs in detail.
