Yes, all our solid gold pieces can be engraved for a personal touch. Mention your request in the order notes or contact our team to learn more about engraving options.
What are the delivery times for an in-stock piece?
In-stock pieces ordered before 3 am ship the same day, otherwise the next day. You receive your jewellery within 24 to 48 hours depending on the chosen carrier.
What are the production times for a made-to-order piece?
A made-to-order piece takes around 3 to 4 weeks. Contact us if your request is urgent, we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I return a piece if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days to return your jewellery, in new condition and in its original packaging. In France, returns are free with a prepaid label. Outside France, return shipping is at your expense and refunded in full after reception.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, you can pay in instalments with Alma: three interest-free instalments, or ten instalments. We also accept PayPal, card payment, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies.
Is Mayuri jewellery guaranteed?
Our silver and vermeil pieces come with a one-year warranty. Our gold pieces are guaranteed for two years. Lifetime assistance is offered to find solutions to any issue you may have.
Can I order a bespoke piece?
Yes, our artisans create bespoke pieces tailored to your wishes: stone, setting, a particular shape or a fully personalised creation.
Can I have a piece delivered directly to someone else?
Of course. You can set a billing address different from the shipping address. Invoices are sent by email only to ensure discretion: your jewellery is carefully wrapped in elegant gift packaging.
Can I receive a certificate of authenticity with my jewellery?
Yes, a certificate of authenticity can be sent with your order on request, attesting to the quality and origin of the materials.
