What are the delivery times for jewellery?

For in-stock earrings, orders placed before 3 AM are shipped the same day, otherwise the next day. Delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours depending on your location and chosen carrier (DHL for international shipments to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and Middle East).

For made-to-order solid gold earrings, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production. Timing information is displayed below the "Add to cart" button for each pair of earrings.

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the jewellery is in new condition and in its original packaging. Return policies vary by location: USA and Canada incur a 50 USD return fee. Returns are accepted from the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and Middle East. Please note that Latin America, Africa, India, Philippines, Indonesia, China, and Russia are final sale destinations with no returns allowed.

Earrings must be unworn, in their original packaging with all accessories (box, pouch, case). Any customisation will be invoiced and deducted from the refund amount.
