Tutorial: How to put on a silver bangle

Today we explain how to insert and remove a ring from your wrist without damaging it.

The manipulation is not necessarily instinctive for everyone and following your many questions, we thought it would be useful to demonstrate it in a video.

For your information, we are using the SHAKTI bangle in this tutorial.

Steps to put on a silver ring:

1. Rotate your wrist to the side
2. Insert the bangle onto the side of your wrist
3. Once inserted, turn your bangle so that the top part is on top of your wrist.
4. To remove it, follow the reverse process.

It is important to avoid bending your ring as much as possible when inserting it, as this could weaken it over time.
